We started with the first goal, maybe 10 minutes in. Nathan picked up a loose ball in the box and fired it to the empty side of the net. It was his first of the season.

Internacional was the better team, as far as skill and control were concerned. It was almost like they had 2 extra guys, the way players were unmarked so often.

Eventually they scored, then popped in two more before the half.

Kyle had lots of work and ended up the dirtiest player on the field. A bit of a mudhole, especially in the 2nd half end.

With a switch of the D line, to get Brenden and Zane back there for speed, the scoring was halted for a while. We just couldn't get anything close to on-net and the ref's calls weren't going our way .

They got a PK and another goal.

Brenden had a PK and put it off the inside of the post so hard that it spun across the goal mouth and curled out.

With different luck, the score MAY have been 4-2 or 4-3... but Internacional deserved the win today.
