ANSWER: MIGHT BE ART
Has anyone seen this brooch before or any other piece that might go with it and if so, do ya know who made it? The cabochon and beads are all glass, I presume. At least for sure the cabochon and RS are. The teeny tiny beads are just about too small to figure out.
