"Delores, it looks very much like a Monet fur clip I've seen. Actually, I think they made it as a pin, too. I don't know if there's a specific term for it, but somehow I always picture something more Victorian and fussy looking when I hear "tussie mussie". Not big enough to be a corsage holder, I don't think. Tussie mussie is probably your best bet as a recognizable term. But I'd like to know any other terms, too.
