"To reiterate what Adrienne said about Eisenberg, according to Julia Carroll Costume Jewelry 101 page 142 , 1942-1943 "The Jewelry was occasionally marked "E" in script or in Block. This is a very Rare mark. 1941 -1945 Metals normally used to produce CJ were needed for the war effort so Eisenberg Jewelry produced during the war years was made in Sterling Silver.
