Can anyone tell me what to call the stone shaped bead?

"Do you mean what to call the shape? Not sure if there is a proper name; I refer to this shape as twisted (or pinched) rectangles. The color is usually given as blue and black givre or dark blue and black givre, although I have been told that this is incorrect - that givre is supposed to only be used for 2 or more colors where one color is opaque and the other is translucent." --Deb Ahrendt, 06/09/10
