ANSWER: GERDA LYNGGAARD MONIES
Looks like from my era, the 1960s.   Definitely RUNWAY material.  5” wide and just the hottest color of pink.   Super quality.  Everything is wood;  the chain, the circles, the clasp.   Though it does not look like modern Monies.  I could see this being maybe vintage Monies, but I’m no expert of her items.

"Yes, I believe it's Monies. Here is its cousin, from my personal collection (same chain and clasp) http://eureka-i-found-it.com/jeweltemp/j40115.jpg" --Susan Corwin, 03/29/09
"Those are neat, ladies. But what (or who) is Monies? Never heard???" --Nicole Goodwin, 03/29/09
"This is a good one to google. Her name is Gerda Lynggaard Monies. She has a rich designer history and an interesting life. She still designs and sells and many of her items feature natural products. I know you will enjoy the search!" --Karen Bird, 03/29/09
"If you ever get a chance to be at a mini convention, or the main VFCJ convention, and Erik is there with his Monies...be sure and try it on. It will surprise you. Those huge pieces are comfortable and look great on most people. I tried on a huge long horn necklace and it was wonderful. I didn't get it because I was money short at the time...but the feel of the horn was really nice. And the necklaces drape well. Most of the Monies that I have come in contact with is light weight." --Judy Miller, 03/29/09
"So, some Monies jewelry is marked and some is not?? When did they start marking it? I found some more information that suggests that not all Monies jewelry is made by Gerda/Nicolai: "Monies produces two accessory lines. The first is called Monies Unique. Each product in this line is imagined and prepared by Gerda and Nicolai personally in their workshop in Copenhagen and each accessory is unique. The second, more popular line presents two annual collections with approximately 200-300 models per season. They are produced at workshops working specially for Monies. " I only have a picture of one of their signatures on RCJ: http://www.illusionjewels.com/inv/GerdaLynggard%20moniessigms.jpg" --Dotty Stringfield, 03/29/09
"Some of the Monies I've seen have paper tags." --Deb Schneider, 03/29/09
