ANSWER: JAI JOHNSON, JR MEMBER
I asked about this set a couple of years ago.  Not much information at the time.  It is OVER THE TOP and really as nice as it looks. The signature looks like JAI, maybe GAI.  Does anyone recognize it? This reminds me of Vrba.

"Yes, this is one of my seed bead sets I made many years ago (when I could see well enough to work with the small beads). It's funny this came up. I lost all of my photos of my seed bead pieces on my old computer, and I was looking through disks this week to see if I could find one to put up on my blog to show a comparison to the work I'm doing now. I made fewer than 50 seed bead works of art jewelry. If you have any other questions, I'll be happy to answer. :)" --Jai Johnson, 01/28/09
"I believe the set you have was made in at the end of 1999 or beginning of 2000. It was the first necklace and earring set I made. I started with brooches. Then earrings. Then decided to branch into necklace/earring sets." --Jai Johnson, 01/28/09
