ANSWER: VICTORIAN WITH CANNETILLE. I have never seen anything quite like this. Ornate filigree caps set with boho rose cut garnets and placed over domed halves. Early c-clasp and tube hinge, Victorian. Is there a special name for this, or is it just a Victorian Boho Garnet pin? Measures 1 5/8" x 1 1/4", unmarked but tests as sterling.
