Since 1976, a full care horse boarding facility in the beautiful south San Jose foothills, 2 miles south of Calero Lake.

In a quiet country environment we offer; pasture, pens, 2 arenas, lights, individual tack rooms, cement wash rack, hot walker, free trailer parking and access to trails. Pens are cleaned daily and the horses are fed twice a day with the feed of your choice.

For your convenience, we offer Spring and Fall vet clinics.

Inside vet/shoer shed with electricity and water, very convenient for winter appointments or to beat the heat in the summer.

BBQ area with burn pit, great for get-togethers and relaxing after your ride.

Expert lessons and training are available.

Your horse's individual needs are our priority, actually, your HORSE is our priority, we love horses and care for yours like he/she is ours.

We call these pens "stud pens" because they're separated from each other by about 5 feet. Plenty of room with a nice stall inside.

Thanks to the communal effort of our boarders, staff, and David, this super BBQ/picnic area was constructed. Complete with burn pit and Christmas lights, it sure makes for some wonderful camp fire evenings, potlucks and just hanging out and socializing.

I'm looking for a boarding facility and I've been out to Wild Oak Ranch a couple of times.  I haven't asked for a tour yet.  I've been to MANY places in the area.  But Wild Oak has a different feel to it.  I like it there.  I feel relaxed and at peace when I'm there.  I think it's time to talk about reserving a pen.  I hope to be part of the 'family' soon...

I've been boarding here for 4 months and I must say that of all the places I've been for the last 10+ years, this is by far the most relaxed and down to earth, not to mention all the  amenities that comes along with it. It's a great place to bring the family and very reasonably priced. Nancy and Dave are awesome and Chris the full time ranch hand is an outstanding person as well.

OUTSTANDING!!! Fantastic job on your website! I love all horses but i must say the snap shot photo's #29 and especially #33 literally brought a tear of joy and appreciation to my eye. Desiree and my grandaughter Fylicia where puzzled for a brief second worried something may have happened to Junior... I said not at all and would you look at that picture of him (the handsome one #33) i said it just touches my heart to have him where someone truly appreciates him ~ i know both you Nancy and David as well as all your Ranch Hands/Helpers Managers care about and appreciate all of the animals ~ any one who would give nearly 30 years of their life and their Home-Land to provide a place where people can enjoy their Love of Horses ~ Well that can only come from a caring loving and enduring place deep within your soul ~ may God Bless you all for your hard work and for providing a comfortable place for my family to enjoy our "Handsome Horse" as well as all of the Awesomely Majestic Looking Creatures who too share this land ~ I highly recommend choosing "Wild Oak Ranch" as a very cool place to board your Horse! always with warm regards ~ the HOLLAND Family

From picture #27,  Hello all.  Your lucky day to find this website.  I have been here for a couple of years and would like to add: This is a safe friendy/happy Ranch with a hot walker that realy works, open space for trailer parking with a turnaround, The Rat terrier dogs keep the ranch from having big gapping holes and vermin are seldom seen. The vet/Shoer Barn does not have flies I do not know how or why that happens. Barn BBQ's ohh the food, fun and just a good time. My horse and I are very happy and well fed.  Tee hee hee.
