This is Our Home
This is our home, 93 acres in the high desert area of East San Diego County, Campo, California. There's a lot of work to be done on this property, mostly cleaning up the junk that was dumped here by the previous owner. Lt. John W. Finn, from 1958 to 2010. I use the term "junk" loosely as this would include some relics and antiques. A lot of history goes along with this property, it's going to be fun and a challenge to make it our home.
When we moved here July 1, 2011, we were the Beverly Hillbillies making the trip to Campo, with chickens, dogs, cats, fish and plants. I actually have a rocking chair to put in the bed of our truck but decided to ride inside in air conditioning, otherwise I could have rocked my way to our new home!
