At approximately 8 weeks of age, Uno was diagnosed with a condition called "Puppy Strangles". She has recovered very nicely. But we wanted everyone who knows UNO to read about * * Puppy Strangles * Uno is fully recovered from her Puppy Strangles; she has had her first heat; so far no other immune system issues with this girl!

NEWSFLASH, Norman, OK November 19 & 20...Uno takes two CH legs & one GRCH class; BOB all three shows, Two Terrier Group Twos, A Terrier Group one and a Reserve Best In Multi-Breed Show! Pending UKC approval Uno is now a GRAND CHAMPION! And just shy of 11 months of age! We are ever so proud of this girl!

GRCH Bur-Way How Sweet It Is TDI CGC (May 17, 2003)This is GRCH Bur-Way How Sweet It Is "Taylor". Taylor's parents are GRCH Star's Rebel Without A Cause "JD" and GRCH PawPrintz California Kahlua "Cali". Taylor won her first major at the Maryland Toy Fox Terrier show in Laurel, MD with Best of Winners in May 2003. She received two majors, one Best of Winners and one Best Female at the premier in Kalamazoo, MI in June 2003. What a great place to Champion at the age of 7 months and one day. Taylor granded on 12/6/03 at little over 12 months old. She has already had several Best of Breeds. We are looking for great things out of this girl. She is a true "Show Dog" and loves every minute of showing. Taylor passed her Therapy Dog International and Canine Good Citizens test on 3/21/04 and is making nursing home visits. Taylor will be shown on a limited bases in the conformation ring. However is has been known to win Best of Breeds whenever she makes appearances in the conformation ring. Thank you Barbie and Felicity Trammell at Bur-Way Stars Rat Terriers in Forestburg, TX for this wonderful girl. Taylor produced 4 puppies on 2/20/05 when bred to CH Curtis' Starbucks. 1 Grand Champion and 2 Champions. She delivered 5 puppies on 1/14/07 when bred to CH RPK's Firecracker. Look for Taylor/Cracker puppies in the show ring in July 07.

GRCH Bur-Way Summer Breeze (May 17, 2003)| This is GRCH Bur-Way Summer Breeze co-owned by Kathy Russell of White Marsh Rat Terriers and Barbie Trammell of Bur-Way Stars Rat Terriers. Summer was born June 22, 2002. Summer lives in Suffolk, Virginia with the Russell's. Summer is one of the famous BamaBabies. Her dam is GRCH Bur-Way Sweet Home Alabama and her sire is CH RPK's Lestat De La Canine from Rat Pack Kennel. GRCH Bur-way Summer Breeze and GRCH Star's Lethal Weapon "Riggs" from Bur-Way Stars Rat Terriers in Forestburg, TX became the proud parents of 2 females and 1 male on September 1, 2004. White Marsh's Smackwater Jack is now a Grand Champion and White Marsh's I Can Imagine is a Champion and is working on her Grand Champion. Both puppies and Summer are working on terrier racing. Summer has OFA Certified Normal Patellas. OFA prelim elbows were within normal limits and hips were good. CERF test for eyes normal. Summer is the canine love of my husband life and whenever he is in his lazyboy, Summer is in his lap. Summer will be spayed soon and will enjoy retirement at our home forever. |
