1. East Fork Stables WildFlower Ride  (April 2008)
EFS- 4 day ride. Group ride. We rode Thru on our own. With the group Fri and Sat. Little rain. Did not ride Sun.  The ride fee includes the site, food, stalls. We had a nice site out of the normal area. Setup the corals. Used the stalls Fri night - rain. Ride consisted mostly of gaited horses, 4 or 5 mules and ONE ARAB. Rode about 5 to 6 hr per day. Great trails. Had a great time

3. Bledsoe ST Forest Trails  (July 2007)
Here are pictures from the TN ST forest we ride in. Location is off TN HWY 101 north/west of Pikeville TN. There is suppose to be over 50 miles miles of trails?? I sort of doubt it. We have not ridden all the trails. There is a large flat  field and old saw-mill shed where riders are permitted to camp for no charge.  I guess over 50 rigs could get in there. Need to call the ranger first. Much of the trails are stone road with very wide DIRT-GRASS shoulders. Other trails are ATV/4x4.There are a few horse only trails but that never works. Add to that a few wildcat trails and there are plenty of places to ride. This is a multi use trail system. We have cleared many downed trees and trimmed out brush over about 10 miles since we have been here. Most trails are 'ATV' high, we trim to horse rider height. The local horse riders do not do much. We are working with the forest managers to do our part. The trails are flat and fast. There are some sections that show the ATV wear and tear, but are actually in OK condition.  Our guys are getting use to the loops and know when to pick up the pace. I have GPS files of some of the loops. I will post them to my web site at www.vmaxept.com/bledsoetrails.
We are about 1.5 hr from East Fork and 30 minutes more to BSF.
We have to ride a 1 mile road from our farm to the trails. Half mile chip, half mile stone. Not a big deal.
This is a great place to ride. For more info email or call
