unfortunately my guni pig also has bumble foot but it is not due to "bad ownership" she is 9 years old which for a guini pig is a very old lady!
i have been to the vets many times and they have told me there is no was to treat it =(
my guini pig had now lost use of both her back legs, is there anything i can do for her?

I live in Australia and have had cavies for many years. I have never seen bumble foot or even heard of it. Anyone who sees this is welcome to email me with an answer and what the treatment is

My husband and I have the time, love and a great piggy-savvy vet to give special-need piggies a great forever home :)  Bless you all for what you folks are doing :)))))

Thank you for displaying these photos.  I have read about bumblefoot but now I know how to recognize it.  A picture really does speak a thousand words!  Many healing wheeks to these dear pigs.  Many thanks to all who are working on their behalf.

OMG!  I can't believe these poor pigs had to live that way!  It just seems so unfair and unreal!
