Great tutorial.  Thank you.  Residing in the Northern Wisconsin/Upper Michigan area we have a lot of birch - I'm definitely going to make one of these.  What did you use to treat/seal the bark handle?

excellent job!!! i was actually looking at a couple of different options for my handle.  i think i might go with this one. do you use any glue/epoxy between layers?  also what did you use to treat the handle at the end?
