This gorgeous set was reported to me to be Selro. It is very heavy and made of glass cabochons and is absolutely outstanding. However, after thinking about this and having it for quite some time, I have come to the decision that this is NOT a Selro set, nor are any pieces that go with it. It is lovely as can be but there is nothing about it that resembles Selro.
