Is this a must have book?  Yes and No. If you buy and sell or collect Mexican Silver, then this is a book to have. On the other hand if you are not into Mexican silver jewelry the book wood be of not use to you.

Overall Comments: I consider this a Specialized Book which means it only covers a limited area of jewelry. If you are looking for detailed information on the major Mexican silver makers and their history, then this is a good book to have. The only fault I have with the book is that there are not enough pictures of silver for the size of the book. I know that Penny and Carole have access to a lot more silver then is pictured in the book.
