Cow: LEDO/POLCINI

In 1911 Ralph Polcini founded a costume jewelry company called Leading Jewelry. Leading Jewelry was renamed Ledo in 1949 and in 1960 Ralph's son Damon changed the name to Polcini, and eventually shutting down several years prior to Damon's death in 1984.
Polcini's widow and daughers decided to revive the business and was in production until at least 1989.
