"R: I bought 1" thick teak boards from a local (Atlanta) hardwood supply company. My uncle (woodworker w/table saw) ripped the basic toerail shaped pieces from those boards and I finished the shapes with a palm sander. I have a few short pieces left..." --Rich, 12/29/08
