 | LA TROPA F
La Tropa F, an old favorite, performed this past Saturday for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe's Recognition of their new council.
The tribe really went all out for this celebration as white tents, tables & tablecloths covered the entire west side of the AVA Amphitheater and served a wide array of food.
Opening up for La Tropa F was Tucson's own Passion Band. Al always tears it up on Accordion and is one of the State's best accordionists! Be sure to catch one of their shows if you get the chance.
Many thanks to the gentleman who got my friends and I backstage, on stage (lol!) & into the green room. You rock!
After the show, we headed over to the Casino del Sol and caught a group that I had never had the chance to hear before. Los Nawdy Dawgs! They're a Latin Blues band that plays an wide range of music...including some of my favorties from Mana. It was great meeting you guys and hope to see you again real soon!
