April 26th, 2009 at the Heartland Toy Fox Terrier Assoc. show in Tonganoxie, Kansas.  Bunny on left, handled by Tracey Ramirez, Maggie on right, handled by Debbie Kobolt.  It was an eventful weekend, including toronados, time spent in Casey's store cooler and electrical room (THAT was scary, lol) The dogs were back home during the storms, and got to spend time in our underground toronado shelter with family.

Isn't that a sweet face?  This pic makes her look red, but she really isn't, though she does have a deep red hue to her color.

This is closer to her "real" color.  She does have a deep red hue to her color in some lights and she did have some sabling, but it seems to have faded.

Debbie, Summer is gorgeous.  She is so much like a fox terrier/chihuahua cross that we had as our kids were growing up.  He was so smart that I swear he talked to us.  He was also a spiteful little critter, eventho, it is said that dogs don't have that characteristic.  Everyone that knew that dog loved him.  I think that is why Summer steals my heart.

I like the sire Dargy and Ivy. The pups are cute like most pups
are but as adults they are wonderful. I've thought I would like to get a hairless but haven't. I think I'd have to be around one first so I knew if I really wanted to or not. I would want to give one up just because I thought I'd like one. Like most humans we want to be in a loving and forever home the little guys should be able to have the same. Maybe some time if you come across one that needs a foster home and while it's recuperating I could decided "OH, YES!! I have to have one and adopt it." I have many health issues so I'm a stay at home body. I have 2 fairly small Chihuahuas and they pretty much keep both
of my hands busy petting. So if I'm not petting them I'm sleeping or playing on this computer. So I can have time with another small body. You keep up the good work showing. I used to show and breed Japanese Chins, and loved it. but that was way back when we didn't have global warming...LOL
