THE STORY OF THE CAT-A-Q (September 15, 2005)This D6C cat was originally owned by the Kinzua Corporation. It was purchased in 1966 along with another exactly like it. This Cat a Q as we call it is intended for public use and large gatherings. We hope it will be a reminder of the significant roll that caterpillar played in the logging industry in our county and become a land mark for the facility which boasts several hundred people at a time and hosts large off highway recreation events. Many thanks to the following people who helped so much with the project. To read the entire story of the Cat-A-Q, visit www.morrowcountyparks.org |

Photo Tour of Morrow County OHV Park (September 2005)| The park has over 6200 acres in South Morrow County and is adjacent to Highway 207, which is also known as the Spray Highway. The RV Park will be constructed soon with all pull-thru sites. The park has a Track system that allows for various skill levels of riding. The OHV park provides a washdown area to inhibit the spread of noxious and other weed. An Additional recreation area will also be developed in the future at the park, including fishing, hiking, photography, etc. During the winter, this area can also be used as a SnoPark for snowmobiling and cross country skiing |
