| Bud was the most strikingly, exquisite horse I ever owned!! He was born here in 2000 on my ranch. He went on to win the Fresno State Fair “Three Year Old Race” and was nominated in the Top Five Year Olds of 2003! I had to give him up when he began getting ill, we could not figure out what it was~~~later I found out it was tannin poisoning from eating oak acorns. But he is having fun running in the green fields of Virginia now. Bud will always be in my heart as, “that one special horse that if you are very lucky you may get one of in a lifetime” I love you Bud! |
