Welcome to the photo gallery for the 2007 Kathleen Fearon Memorial Feis. This feis holds a special place in the hearts of those of us who knew and loved Kathleen, sister of Rose Fearon and co-teacher of the Fearon School. Today's feis serves to remind us of the courage, determination and passion that Kathleen approached both life and dance with. I am honoured to have been chosen to preserve the memories from today's Feis.
I have sorted the photos into several albums to help you find the photos you are looking for but since I had 2 photographers assisting me not all of the photos appear in the order that competitions happened during the day, so please be sure to check the entire album.
PHOTOS HAVE NOT YET BEEN COLOUR CORRECTED OR CROPPED
Unlike many of our other event galleries, these photos have only been edited for content NOT for color correction, red-eye or cropping. Rest assured that all PURCHASED photos will undergo complete editing before being shipped. You can expect dress colouring to be accurate and the entire photo to be brightened, although due to the poor lighting and the fact we shoot without a flash, there may still be a slight yellow cast to the background. The photo will always be cropped to ensure that the dancer fills as much of the frame as possible in printing the photo size you order. If you would like a photo with more than one dancer cropped, please be sure to leave instructions for us in the comments section of the order form. If the feet in the photo you are choosing are slightly out of focus, we usually cannot completely correct that. If you have specific questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
ORDER BONUS - When you order before Jul24th receive an extra 4x6 copy of one of the photos you have ordered (your choice). If ordering more than one photo, indicate which photo you would would like an extra copy of in the comments section of the order form.
