Esholt STW Installation of ChannelMag
The following pictures show the 2 x CM24" flat electromagnetic open channel Flowmeter being installed at Esholt STW.
The meter was required as the exisiting flume - whilst accurate under normal flow - would back-up if there was a downstream obstruction, the level would rise without flow, which was then seen as a high flow rate and the plant would be overtreated.
The meter was installed in 3 hours from start to finish and worked accurately without commisioning or any further adjustments |
