1 Poor Tio in the kill shelter in Austin. SO skinny!
2 Right after getting "sprung" from doggie jail; very subdued and unsure of everything.
3 Starting to feel a little better about life in general. Tio is 3 years old, and a large standard Rat Terrier.
4 Here's Tio on his trip from Austin to Dallas. Volunteers from several Texas rescues all pitched in to rescue Tio from the shelter and transport him to his foster home.
