HQ, 1st Armored Division, 1973-1975, Comptroller Office. I was Division Budget Officer as 1Lt and CPT. Fantastic tour, first child born in Nurnberg Army Hosp. I remember Tom Boyce from 501 AG, as mentioned in one entry, played some hoops with him. Favorite eatery was Vito's Tavern and Grill down in Ansbach.

I was stationed in Ansbach from 1864-1965 I played in the 17th Arty of the 210 Arty Group marching band.
We played for change of command ceremonies and went Garmisch Partenkirchen on
TDY every 6 months. I knew Stella and Blanca her sister and also Stella's son Dieter.
I never kept in touch with them after my time. Some of my friends were Jim Huckabee, Louis A., Holt, Leyedecker and Johnny Sciacca. Not necessearily in order. We had fun, has anyone kept in touch with any of these guys?
