"I was able to produce this copy in large part by the work done by Dan Yager of www.QuickHeads.com who first scan copied the document and posted it as HTML on his web site. I spent 20 hours formatting the Word document and centering/resizing photos plus correcting scan errors and in addition to that put some photo's back in the plans which were missing.
