Puppies arrived on April 18, 2024. We have the following in this litter:
Colors/Markings: 4 Apricot w/White AND 2 Black White Tan (Black Tris).
Sexes: 4 Females AND 2 Males
We currently have 2 open spots on our puppy list for puppies looking for their permanent homes.
An application is required to get on our puppy list. To get an application emailed to you, you can find our email address on the home page. Please send us an email requesting an application or with any questions you may have.
Both parents have been DNA health tested through Embark is 100% clear for over the genetic risks/diseases that they test for. They are also Patella, Cardiac and Bile Acid normal. Both the sire and dam have been BAER (hearing) and CERF/CAER (sight) tested and has normal hearing and sight. Along with health testing that has been done, both parents has also been DNA profiled and micro-chipped.
We micro-chip and DNA profile ALL of our puppies before they leave for new homes. Therefore we have proof of parentage for the litter on record.
Here at Rose Hill AHT's we use litter themes when registering our puppies so we will be giving each puppy their permanent registered name which can not be changed. Each puppy will get a temporary call name of which the buyer can keep or change once the puppy has been picked up.
We do not breed for color, we breed for the betterment of the breed which includes conformation, health and temperament. We do NOT place our puppies by color so please understand that we can not and will not guarantee you a specific color of puppy. We will do our best to match each family with the puppy that will fit best in their home environment and what they desire to do with the dog in conformation/performance or as a companion.
Submitting an application puts you on our waiting list but does not guarantee you a puppy from this litter especially if we end up with more applications then puppies available. We will not take deposits until we have talked to your references, vet and landlord if they apply to you. Once your application has been approved, we will notify you for your non- refundable deposit to hold your place on the list. Puppies will not be allowed to leave for their new homes until they are 10 weeks old. All applications are date and time stamped so we know when we received them. We do want to note that the more specific and limiting you are in what you want your puppy to be in sex, color and/or markings, the longer you may be on a waiting list. That wait could be up to two years.
We breed for our breeding program first so we will be keeping a puppy or two from this litter. Please DO NOT get attached to any one puppy because getting disappointed makes for hard feelings and we do not want you to feel slighted in any way if it turns out that the puppy you're attached to isn't available. We will NOT be made to feel guilty for keeping any specific puppy from the litter nor will we be pressured into giving up a puppy that we have chosen to keep for our breeding program. For this reason, You are asked to fill out an application telling us what your desires are so we can match you to a puppy best suited for what you are looking for and what would fit best in your home environment.
We do reserve the right to return a non-refundable deposit if we seriously feel the breeder/seller relationship with the buyer isn't going to be a good fit and that the puppy/dog would be best served in a different environment. This is something every breeder hates doing and we haven't had to do this in years and yes, is disappointing to everyone involved when something like this takes place but sometimes it is unavoidable and is in the best interest of all concerned.
We do not ship our puppies so travel to pick your puppy up is a must. We can meet you at our nearest airport and you can take your puppy back home with you in the cabin of the airplane or you can drive to pick your puppy up. Ground transport with a USDA certified transporter can be arranged at the buyers expense. When any buyer chooses to hire a ground transporter to transport a puppy that has not been fully vaccinated, the buyer assumes ALL responsibilities for the puppy once that puppy is no longer in the possession of Rose Hill AHT's. A signed spay/neuter contract is required before any puppy leaves for its new homes and ALL registration papers and pedigrees will be with-held until proof of spay/neuter has been provided and verified with your vet.

NOTE: Once the request for your deposit is made, you have 24 hours to get your deposit sent to us. Your spot on the list is NOT held until we receive your deposit.

Lee Academy 3rd Grade Graduation Pix (4 23 2024)For those looking to download photos from this site...the image you will see when you click on the thumbnail will be about 1024 x 768 in size which is ok but not the best for enlargements, when you view a photo at the bottom you will see
'OTHER SIZES" original, click on that to load the original size photo which is 6000 x 4000 but the files will be LARGE TO DOWNLOAD so be prepared when you download they will end up in your "DOWNLOADS" FOLDER to save them to your computer just load the photo you want to save and then "right click" anywhere on the photo and "save as" to save to your computer. any questions contact me pls. enjoy the pix
