enlarge 62KB, 640x480 66 Monday morning Oct. 29th, 2012. Since Saturday we have had rain/fog/wind. I cleaned out 3 muck tubs to store water in the barn in case we lose electricity. I have two 5 gal. buckets on the fence line to catch rain water. I have 2 covered 6 gal. buckets in the barn, and filled and covered the 2 inside muck tubs with clean shavings bags with hay wire bound around the top to keep things out.
enlarge 50KB, 640x497 67 Here are the 2 muck tubs and 2 large covered buckets. The small buckets will be used to take water out to put in water buckets.
enlarge 76KB, 640x480 68 Harry was out for 3 hours this morning with 2 rain sheets. They did a pretty good job, but finally it was getting apparent he wanted to come in, and the rain and wind were getting stronger.

enlarge 73KB, 640x480 70 Harry with his Back On Track blanket on, while I get the others washed and dried in the house.
enlarge 59KB, 640x479 71 Plenty of warm water, so far. When it gets down below freezing Wed. or Thursday, I'll bring heated water from the house to add to his buckets.
enlarge 77KB, 640x598 72 He gets the run of the barn, such as it is, so he can keep moving from haybag to haybag.

enlarge 43KB, 640x482 74 Outside this is the brightest it has been since Friday. Now it's so foggy I can barely see the highway which is 40' from my house window.
enlarge 49KB, 640x528 75 They brought in equipment Friday, to irrigate the fields, thinking they could get some work done, but they have abandoned it until after the storm. What you can't see is a 45' container that is behind the barn.
enlarge 55KB, 640x509 76 Everything has been secured, and this afternoon I will bring the trolly inside the barn.
enlarge 994KB, 640x536 77 This was the path of the storm when I came into the house, just before noon. The circle with the cross is where I live.

enlarge 88KB, 640x443 98 The trotting poles on pavers, I moved this morning and put the pavers on the tops of the beams. I just finished cutting 4x4's and 4x6's and drilling holes and bolting them to the bottoms of the 4x4's. When it's cooler I'll take them out to where they belong next to the arena.
enlarge 91KB, 640x524 99 12x12 8' long beams from the barn on 4" patio pavers. These are all trotting poles for Harry to help with rhythm, engagement and tempo. He walks over them, and trots over them.

enlarge 71KB, 640x505 102 Behind the barn. I mowed a path around the back. The old farm road is to the right that surrounds the property. We use all the areas of the farm.

enlarge 56KB, 470x640 119 The mounting block from Bath (1998) finally collapsed when I moved it to mow. :) I had these by the barn, and dragged them with the truck to nearer the barn. Harry stands on the side without the mudflap, of course, for me to get on and off. Tutti loves it!
enlarge 73KB, 478x640 120 I got everything moved, and then couldn't get them stacked, but Butler was coming back from Perry and had a skid loader, and finished it off, including making sure all the rocks were balanced and did not move.
enlarge 53KB, 486x640 121 One warm evening, I got this great photo of the two of them.
