The Project Citizen State Competition was held at the NC Legislative Building on Friday, April 13th in Raleigh, NC. A total of twelve projects were submitted and judged prior to the event at the North Carolina Bar Association in Cary. The The top teams for each level, elementary, middle and high school were invited to present at the Legislative Building to compete for first place.
