In picture number 4, i would appreciate if anyone can tell me what year this photo was taken?  My father (Thomas Washington, African American) served on the Spinax in 1948/49, I haven't seen him since the age of 2 and I have no pictures of him.  I did send for his military records and learned he  passed away in 1986.  I would be very grateful if anyone could help or direct me where I could possibly locate any photos,  Thank You
