Lot Improvements (December 5, 2007)| In the fall of 2007 we had our lot at Long Beach cleared and leveled. Next we had the power and water untilities run in from the street. Next we had a gravel driveway laid in and the septic system setup for our RV use. Lastly we had some Leyland Cypress trees put in along the western and eastern edges of the lot. And oh yes, there was a big storm along the coast 100+plus MPH winds on december 2nd and two of our neighbors trees fell onto our lot. More work for next summer! |

Oak Forest RV Park (July 21, 2007)| In mid-July we left the NW and headed back to Austin, Tx as Susan once again landed a contract. So our trip was going to be a fast return. It was with no problems. This album is some shots of our RV park in Austin. This is our third season at Oak Forest RV Park. |

Visiting our new property (June 11, 2007)| In November of 2006 we bought a lot on Long Beach Peninsula, near the town of Ocean Park. We bought it sight unseen. We were anxious to see what we had bought. We spent 10 days on our friend's lot/campsite next to our lot. We cleared land and started the process of hiring a contractor to set it up for RV use. |

A few Trip Photos (May 27, 2007)| Since our trip was to be a fast one we didn't do any sight seeing. However while layed over in Amarillo we did visit spectacular Pala Duro Canyon Tx State Park. We spent time in Portland "urban" camping at Susan's son's home and on the street at my son's home. Once we left the Portland area we visited Susan's oldest son in Seattle and stayed at nice RV park with a lake in the middle. |
