ESPANADA 1955
Very rare Silvertone Espanada. Pot codes date to 22nd Week of 1955. So must be a mid 50's Espanada. Great looking guitar with aluminum binding. Try find another one!
Neck has new binding and back of neck has been oversprayed. New repro Silvertone badge fitted to replace the broken one it came with. Front of guitar show a lot of finish checking as you can see. Back and sides are not so bad. Looks Great. Few dings and marks from playing over the years but nothing troublesome. Changed tuners and caps on tone pots. May be a new nut. No breaks or repairs. Some wear to the fingerboard as you would expect. Frets(I guess a refret?) are very good.
Neck straight and action good till you get to the 14th fret. Neck dips a little after the 14th fret as they usually do, but still very playable. Everthing else original.
