c.1920s Knoll & Pregizer Sterling Deco Paste Watch
The back of the watch is marked KP within the flower and numbered 18608 which is a very early number. This is probably one of the earliest watches they made as noted by not only the early number, but the striking of the mark which is small and a little different than their later pieces.

As far as dating, I was given to publish a beautiful watch (last two pictures) of a sterling and marcasite piece serial number 19258 from 1938. So since I don't know exactly the range of dates, it's possible this piece is from the 1930s as well. As always circa dating is not definitive, and I don't know if there were different serial numbers used on their branded watches (Lotos, Goldsiegal, etc) and their unbranded watches.
