Bridesmaid dresses I made. I made my own pattern. The ideas came from the bridesmaids themselves.
See LIL Jimmy in the back. That was my backyard.
This picture shows detail of the removable tail. The girls wanted to be able to take it off, if they ever wanted to wear them again.
This picture obviously showing the day of the wedding. Really pretty girls.
A page of the thank you note from the bridesmaids.
This is Amy from next door. She wanted to wear her mom's prom dress to her formal dance. It required some serious alterations.
This was my living room with all the antique furniture, I used to love to collect and refinish.
Amy and her date, on the day of the formal dance.
This is Mallory's christening dress I made.
Front of the dress. Details are hard to see with the white on white.
This is Mallory's christening day. Mallory is my niece, as her mom, Lea is Steve's sister and Philip Hayes is her daddy.
Here is Amy again, this time in a more modern dress. Sequin dresses are a pain to sew. You have to remove the sequins at the seam lines. And the seams must be all finished and the threads glued down.
Amy is a beautiful girl. She has a wonderful family too!
Junior Bridesmaid.
This is Kathleen and a dress I altered for her. It originally had sleeves, if I remember correctly. We made a nice romantic neckline for her.
Back view for Kathleen's dress. Notice the criss cross, overlapping bodice?
A baby's quilt and pillow to match a custom made cradle.
Another prom dress I did with matching scarf.
This is what it looks like on our model.
My client, who is also a clown, had to have a santa robe. This is my husband Steve, modeling it for me. Notice the Cubs hat. LOL
Custom designed flowergirl dress for my girlfriend.
Back view. If you look hard, you can see the big bow on the back and the peplum.
A detail view of the Santa robe. There is a row of sequins along side the white fur.
Steve's first house at 1930 Lake Avenue Whiting, Indiana
Our first home together at 215 Beverly Place Munster, Indiana
The view of the Munster house from Homan Avenue. It was originally a cottage and a garage, but grew to have an additon above the garage and an attachment to the garage from the house. It was big with 2 fireplaces, 4 bathrooms. Possible 5 bedrooms.
This is the house Steve and I owned before we moved to Vegas. 712 Christy Lane Schererville, Indiana
