This is our son, Finn. He was born prematurely on Thursday, May 29th at 1:56AM at 2 lbs 1 oz. He is in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Children's Hospital in Minneapolis. He continues to remain in stable condition with very promising vital signs and a healthy prognosis. The doctors seem to think that his chances of maturing into a healthy baby are excellent. We are adding pics to this album every day so keep coming back for new views of our little man!! Feel free to download some if you wish!!

4 This was my first time seeing him in the NICU. When he was born, they put him on my belly while they cleared his mouth. Then I saw him in his little transport womb and was allowed to hold his hand for a second.

26 He's off the ventilator, and has been for a few days. That's extra air going into his nose. He usually only has apnea or "spells" when he is not breathing when he is on his stomach. Then he gets super relaxed and forgets to breathe.

117 mmmm... refreshing! They freeze this at the NICU. Finn has a feeding tube through his nose, and they tried feeding a couple of times, but he's not pushing things through his intestines yet. Soon.
