CONARD FAMILY ALBUM (2005)Dedicated to my new found brother, Tom Conard, this is a collection of family "stuff". After 50 years of being an only child, I am now a "little sister" instead thanks to Tom's hard work and diligence ! Hopefully, there will be more pictures to come after our very first meeting this month.

Knittin' for Knowledge Dog Sweaters (2004-2005)On September 16, 2003 my mother died after a brave 7 year struggle with breast cancer. She loved to knit and crochet and I loved dogs ........ so to to occupy our time and all those long hours sitting in chemo chairs, waiting rooms, and in the hospital we started our little project of knitting dog sweaters and selling them on ebay. We donated 10% of the sell price to the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. After Mom died, I decided I would continue her legacy of keeping canine friends warm and helping the cause for the cure. I have "met" many wonderful people who offered prayers and encouragement during our trying times and after Mom's death and hope to continue her beloved dog sweater project for a long, long time.

Available Dog Sweaters (2004-2005)| Here is a collection of dog sweaters that I have available. They are the price listed, plus $5.00 shipping/handling. 10% of the sell price is donated to the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. I mail by priority mail with tracking. You can buy with check, moneyorder or paypal. Just drop me an email to granbfly@yahoo.com and let me know which sweater you want ! The first picture is how to best measure your dog. I take three measurements... neck, girth, length. There are two styles of sweaters. One has short sleeves (much better than trying to cram your dog in those little teddy bear sweaters !!) and the other style sort of just folds over and fastens under the tummy. This style is great for dogs that don't like the more confining type sweater. I will be listing these on ebay soon, so they will only be available here for a short while ! |
