1 Navy Print Dress - CLICK ON PHOTOS to ENLARGE I am having trouble dating this dress. It is a navy rayon flower print accented at the square collar and flap-pockets in a companion print. It is unlined, has no labels, and has a plastic or vinyl SIDE YKK zipper that may be a later addition or a replacement.
I purchased it from a collector/seller who did not change the zipper but she did stablize some of the fragile seams. She taggged it "A 1950's A-line" dress but I don't see 1950's.
Given to Anna - 1-23
| 2 Navy Print Dress It's fairly long. The skirt falls in soft pleats by the pockets. There are princess seams - the stitching is visible. The sleeves and hem do not have any tape and no allowance - although the dress could be shortened.
| 3 Navy Print Dress - Back View The sleeves are short and they are fairly narrow.
| 4 Details You can see the princess seams and the stitching on the collar and sleeves in this photo. You can also see the zipper pull and the covering for the side zipper.

5 Pockets Navy Print Dress Large flap pockets. The pocket flaps and collar are doubled but don't seem to have an inter-lining.
| 6 Seam and Hem Navy Print Dress Good photo of the hem and how the seams are finished. The seams are fraying and the previous owner did try to stablize them.
| 7 Zipper and Construction Navy Print Dress This is the inside of the dress - showing the back of the side zipper. You can see zipper pull and the covering for the zipper in photo #4.
