The arrival at this property was previously very ill-defined. We designed and built the driveway to be centered on the house and used much of the existing soil to shape the landform on either side. Some shade trees, flowering trees, salt-tolerant plantings and low maintenence lawn grass aid in providing an appropriate arrival to this ocean front residence.
