29 It's a think layer of chocolate cheesecake, thick whipped cream, a layer of fresh sliced strawberries, a think layer of regular cheesecake with thick whipped cream and fresh sliced strawberries - and then another layer of all of the above - covered with melted chocolate mixed with a touch of cream and a garnish of solid chocolate and fresh strawberries on top.

31 Ute Canyon trail in the Colorado National Monument in Grand Junction. There are no dogs allowed on this trail, because if a dog ran past and pushed you more than a step to the side there is a drop off like the one you see on the other side of the canyon. There were some trails we wouldn't hike, we called them the "certain death trails". Ute canyon was only a "potential death trail". It was actually pretty fun except for the climbing back up part.
