1 Hemimorphite from China.
2 Covellite. See the little red light in there. This is a rare stone. Verrrrry expensive.
3 Here is the covellite on a table with other specimens. This is in a motel room. Just like our conventions when we sell from our rooms.
4 Look at the price on this puppy. It is the rare covellite, and the little yellow tag is pointing to the red light from within. The stone is large, which is one reason for the high price.
5 This is a display in one of the motel rooms. The minerals in red are Wulfenite I think. Notice the nasty note. Sheesh! Well, I guess you might understand the concern when you notice the prices on those things.
6 Eeeew! Fossil bugs! Trilobites. Glen loves this stuff, but then, he's a guy.
7 These are various minerals in motel rooms. Those tags have the prices on them and they all have three zeroes on them.
8 Cavensite on white rocks. That's the blue stuff.
9 GOLD!!!
10 Pretty cool huh? Click on the photo, it will tell you what it is and where it came from.

12 Look at those tourmalines just in front of the white rock.
13 These are tourmalines in all sorts of positions. And colors.
14 The orange is Wulfenite.
15 One dealer had some of this. He got it in Africa. The piece he showed us was smaller than this, just one straight crystal, not a V. About 2" long and 1/8" in diameter. It was 2000.00.
So, maybe you have some in your back yard? I wish. I hope you can see this, it's just a pale blue stone.

20 This is from one of the display cases on the convention floor. You can tell the display case photos, cause they are usually displayed in an attractive way, and there are no prices on the cards.

25 This exhibitor has photos in the back of his exhibit box. They show how he extracted the minerals from the mine. Not an easy job.
26 These are some of the rocks that the photos in the previous and next photo depict.
27 So......I guess this could be me someday. Holy Cow!!
