22 Three nice little wooden bells, tied on to some carved wooden leaves.
23 The clasp is a C clasp, and the pin is 3" wide, and almost 3" tall.

24 This necklace is a kick! It is done by an artist in Dunsmuir CA, who has no name evidently. She takes pieces and parts of Bakelite and combines them with other elements for a happy, colorful necklace.
25 Here you can see some of the many different beads used. Most are glass beads here, and a few plastic ones.
The necklace is a slip over the head one, and it is a wearable 29" long. The focal drop is 3 1/4" long.
26 The large yellow piece is Bakelite, as are the two dangly pieces. The center piece is Lucite with three apples inside.
27 The flat disks are Bakelite, and the bumpy ones are glass lampwork beads.
32 The clip mechanism is tight. And the clip is pierced.
33 Standing on end, the black at the bottom is the clip part showing through.

39 This is guaranteed vintage Bakelite. Not newly made, and tested positive for Bakelite with 409.
Here you can see the original color just above the left side red rope. The rope is a plasitc cord and is wound around the butterscotch life preserver, so it is attached to the life preserver, but it does move up and down a tiny bit, as you can see.
40 The brooch is a large one at just over 2 3/4" tall. All original and in excellent condition.
You can see here how the cord is attached to the life preserver.
I knew I had seen this brooch before! It is in Matt Burkholz's book...The Bakelite Collection page 141.
41 The red white and blue cord is wound around the anchor and is loose. It is not glued to the anchor, and it is braided, but not secured at either end. Amazing that this has remained in such good condition, considering it's age.
PRICE 650.00
42 The center part of this clip is Lucite. The outer design is rhinestones.
43 You can see the dimensionality of this piece. The stones are all clear and sparkly.
44 The clip is in good shape and holds well. It is 2 1/8" from tip to tip.

67 The clip earrings on the stand are not Bakelite, although they look like the Weiss Bakelite earrings.
68 This necklace is amazing. It is a pale yellow vanilla color, and that's what it is called...vanilla amber. The necklace has no clasp, but it is 30" long, so goes over the head easily. The largest bead is 1 1/8" across. All hand knotted.
PRICE 150.00
69 Here is your special plastic, no clasp, fruit necklace. It is 28" long.

88 This earring has everything going for it! It is in excellent condition, it is Bakelite, and it has all the attributes of Haskell.
The clip patent number was issued in 1952.
89 The earring is 1 3/8" long, and the components are wired to the filagree back, no glue. The only thing that isn't Haskell, is the actual clip. I think this is not one that was used by Miriam Haskell.

98 This set is vintage and similar to the Weiss Bakelite set. It is vintage, but not Bakelite and not Weiss. One of the earrings is marked Weiss, but I'm not sure if it is the original clip, or the other earring clip is the original.
99 In excellent condition. This bracelet will fit a smaller wrist, but it also fits my wrist which is average.#9 PRICE 165.00
100 This cool set is plastic, and it looks like a small bracelet, but actually is wearable at 7" long. Has a fold over clasp. The earrings are clips, and are almost and inch across.#9 PRICE the set 20.00
101 This is the saw tooth set. Three bracelets fit together to make one. Or, wear as three. They don't lock together, they just fit together. The set includes the three bracelets and the earrings in the previous photo. Also, in the book, Plastic Bangles.#9 PRICE 45.00
102 This is a fabulous necklace done in the yummy butterscotch and red BAKELITE.
The chain is a cobalt and white Celluloid. The white has started to get the nice soft ivory color to it.
103 The necklace has a brass fold over clasp, but you really don't need it, as the necklace is about 31 inches long. Just pop it over your head.
104 I tested the yellow and red discs with 409 with postive results.
105 This is just an excellent example of old Bakelite jewelry, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
PRICE 50.00
106 This pair of dress clips is Vintage BAKELITE, and has been tested positive with 409. I guarantee that these two are Vintage.
107 The butterscotch color is yummy, and the clips on the back have been rivited on to the Bakelite. The clips say "Made in USA" on them.
The clips are each 2 1/4" long. The clip mechanism works well.
108 You can see what looks to be a crack on the back of one clip. It is not a crack, it is a scratch. You can see that the mark does not go through the piece at all if you look at the photo with the two clips on the side. If you will enlarge the photos, you will get a better idea.
I promise you, you will not be disappointed with this great pair.
PRICE 35.00
109 This piece is one that I love. I am so partial to the plastics and to good plastics. This one has it all.
If you click on these photos, you will get an enlargement and a better idea of this piece.
It is an ART DECO CELLULOID AND BAKELITE piece.
110 I found this beauty in Missouri. It was not happy....the stones were shot...but now... WOW.
111 I re stoned the piece and it is now in good health. The Celluloid chain is a pale peachy-orange color, and there is no clasp. It fits over your head.
112 I'm in love with this chain...it is just perfect. No condition issues. the chain is 25" long...the part that goes over your head. It fits over my head easily, and I have a big head.
113 Here is a view of the chain and the beautiful condition of the focal.
114 The piece looks brand new, but it was probably made in the 1940's. The Bakelite part is the reddish pendant.
You can see lines on the front of the pendant. They are the grooves on the back that show through to the front.
115 The large square center stones are about 3/8". The pendant is 2 3/8" long.
The stones are chanel set.
116 The back has grooves in it that show through to the top. The center back shown here is dark because the stones are set in the center and the light doesn't go through them.
Just fabulous items . I love jewellery and have wide ranging tastes. I spend hours browsing e.bay and the web .. and do you know what.. the best stuff is always in USA !
