Madagascar ground and tree boas aa (June 14, 2005)Every year we breed Madagascar Ground Boas and Madagascar Tree Boas. Of the latter, we have both green and mandarin phase, but lately we have only produced the mandarins.
There is a comparison photo of one of our adult breeder Dumeril Boas. You can compare the size on this animal to the giant ground boa in the same container. Notice the Dumeril Boa has lots of room to move around? The Mad ground boa is crammed into the container and fills it up, even up the sides. These snakes are huge. |
