Michael Riddick's Expo Album (Sept. 10-12, 2004)Michael Riddick is the chief photographer of the Los Angeles Black Business Expo and Trade Show. That job is a daunting task--think of it. Tens of thousands of people flock to the expo over 3 days with events going on from sun up to sun down and Mike has to make sure it is all documented. He reviews the arm long list of events, assigns the team of photographers their jobs, then turns his hat on backwards and is off running. Here in lies Mike's view of the Expo 2004. Opening Ceremonies (Sept. 10-12, 2004)| Our Opening Ceremonies were so uplifting! To see the Exhibitors, Sponsors and Celebrities joined by Africans from all around the world put a new future into view. Inside you will find John Amos (Good Times) newly appointed Mnister of Tourism for Uganda and Wendy Raquel Robinson, Expo celebrity spokesperson. Joe Dudley, of Dudley Hair Care Products received the Business Courage Award and Michael Seale was honored with the Business Warrior Award. Then our second liners kicked off Expo 2004 in traditional Lousiana fashion. |
