"Basketball HOFers" mainly includes rookie cards of players and coaches enshrined in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame . Players/coaches for whom a card was not issued during the time the player/coach was active in basketball are not included. "Basketball Stars" includes mostly rookie cards of (i) current stars of the game (e.g., K. Garnett, D. Wade, C. Anthony, etc.), (ii) recently retired stars expected to be enshired in Springfield, Mass (e.g., J. Stockton, D. Robinson, K. Malone, etc.) and (iii) a few former ABA and NBA standouts (e.g., NBA/Globetrotter great Nat "Sweetwater" Clifton).  The designation "R" denotes a player's rookie card.
