Opals Lunch

Ingredience:
Quality Dog Food
2 TBS Cottage Cheese
sm handfull of Spinach
1/2 Large Carrot

and a Suppliment on top

For Dinner we sub out "Blueberries" insted of the carrot

Next the Cottage Cheese

Last to go is the dog food.

Just think of the great milk she is producing for her puppies with a diet like this.

After her surgery heals (in aprox 3 weeks) She will also be getting a Fish Oil Cap, rich in Omegas, daily.
