Arizona and LeQuesne Family Reunion 2009 (May 2009)| As we try to do each year, the LeQuesne clan got together in Arizona. This time, the center focus was the graduation of Renee Elizabeth LeQuesne, oldest daughter to my brother, Bruce LeQuesne and Geni LeQuesne. All 6 children of Art and Terry LeQuesne came together to visit parents and family. Grandchildren Scott (son of Paula) and Sheryl (daughter of Michelle) also flew in from Massachusetts. This trip included the graduation of Renee from high school, a church service which honored our mother and father and their family, a hike by four (brothers Bruce and Curt and Geni and daughter Sheryl) into the Grand Canyon, and many other family connections of new people, like Meagan's Mike, Donna's Jeffrey, Patty's Bruce, Scott's friend Jim and my friend Laurie. It was a mad, exhilerating, crazy, loving time with Art and Terry LeQuesne, our parents - written by daughter Michelle. |

Hunter Scott Fontaine (August 20,2006)Hunter Scott Fontaine arrived August 20, 2006, weighing in at 5 lb 6 oz and 18"long. This is Bob's first blood grandchild, son of his youngest, Scott Fontaine. Hunter is the third grandchild of Gail and Brian Stevens, son of daughter Beth...Arriving one month early, he is doing just fine and parents are very happy!
Update: At 3 weeks, Hunter weights 6lb 9oz and is 19 1/2 in long. He gained 13 oz in a week. |

He received a perfect bill of health and he will go home with mom and dad, all set to start his new life with his new family.

Rockdale, MA flood of 2005 (October 15, 2005)| These images are from the center of Rockdale Village in Northbridge, MA on October 15, 2005. The last flood of this type was in the 1970's and then there was a worse one in 1955. My husband, Bob Fontaine, watched that one as a child and said the water was much worse. It reached the roof lines of the businesses on Main Street. It was very polluted with the chemicals and paints from the factories. The effects of pollution were not understood then as they are now. He and the other kids were playing in the flood water, as kids love to do on rainy days! The water of this flood smelled pretty bad, like dead fish. Yuck! |

Homer and Sharon Rajotte Wedding (May 21, 2005)| Sharon and Homer decided to have a small intimate wedding. It took place on May 21, 2005 in the party room at Brian's Restaurant. About 40 people, close friends and family, witnessed the charming ceremony performed by their friend, Pam, who is a Justice of the Peace. In particular, a ceremonial gift of roses to each other, to me, Sharon's grandma, and Homer's mom as the special ladies in their lives was very touching. Welcome the new couple! |

Our boat the 'Why Not' (1996-2003)| We purchased our Larson 28' Cabrio in 1995. We've had many good times on her. The beach at Onset is also very delightful. Stonebridge marina is located in Onset, just BEFORE the Cape Cod bridge. Therefore, we never had to deal with the Cape traffic. Wonderful! Onset is a well-hidden secret! Delightful town, beautiful bay. |
