Blue Star Riders are guests at the Colonial Flag Foundation's 2nd Annual "Brandon's Memorial Motorcycle Ride." It is a Veterans Charity Ride that raises funds and brings awareness to Utah's Fallen and Wounded Hero's in the War on Terror.

1 Blue Star Riders Gordy and Terra Ewell are excited for the day's events.
2 The "bikes" are lined up, getting ready to roll. Some dang sweet "rides" every where you look.
3 Hundreds of riders are on hand to make the 4 hour Memorial Veterans Charity Ride.
4 Bikers and Veterans (most are both)share stories of wars(both past and present), of warriors, of a hero they know or of hard times endured. Everyone admires one anothers paint jobs on the "bikes." New friendships are made. All are patriots who want to remind the American public that freedom is not free.
5 Gordy and Terra with Event Coordinator Steve Thomas (wearing the stars and stripes leather jacket). Steve lost his son Brandon to the war against terrorism.
6 Bob and Paula Lehmiller are on hand for the event. The Lehmillers' travel the county supporting events like this one. Unfortunately, they lost their son Michael to the war in August of 2005.
7 Bob and Gordy discuss issues and challenges our soldiers and wounded face.

11 Getting down to business, Steve takes the "mike" and gets the event started.
12 Bob and Gordy listen with a humble ear as the names of our fallen hero's are read.
13 Gordy is honored to have a chance to talk about our wounded, and veterans of all wars. They need our suppport now more than ever.
14 Gordy loves to bring awareness to our soldiers and let people know how they can help.
15 Enough talking, the line-up is under way.
16 Terra gives Steve a hug for a "Thank-you," as well as a wish for a fun and safe ride. Thanks again Steve.
17 The Salt Lake County Sheriff's Department is providing an official escourt. A big "Thank-you" to them.
18 The Lehmiller mustang follows the riders. Thanks to the Lehmiller's for letting Gordy ride along with them.
19 Four hours later, the end of the trail. The riders are preparing to pull into the parking lot of Golden Corral for a free lunch provided by the fine folks at Golden Corral.
