1SG "Buck" Platt Cane Presentation
1SG Buckey "Buck" Platt, has served our country in uniform for over 35 years.  He started his military career in the Marine Corps. He fought heroically with them in Viet-Nam, and returned with Honor as well as many medals and decorations. He later switched branches of service, and finished his military service wearing the uniform of the U.S. Army. 1SG Platt, was what every NCO should be. Semper Fi, and good luck First Sergeant!

BSR Gordy Ewell presented the cane to 1SG Platt, and had to get a picture with him. It was a real "Honor," to give this "Man of Honor" such an "Honorable" gift. Thanks First Sergeant! And Thanks again Jack (Nitz)!
