So who or what group would have the power to arrange the design of the US currency to reflect the 9/11 tragedy well in advance of the actual occurance of the tragedy?

"Plans within plans within plans. I agree quintaldo, it is the same group. With planning that most likely started Millinea ago with the objective of bringing a wild, mostly uninhabited planet to rein, creation of a work force to plunder the Earth, creation of subjects to rule over and manipulate, these subjects creating huge wealth and power and lives of luxury for their overlords. What does an alien group landing on a wild planet rich in resources do? Extracting all those resources, building the infrastructures of society, creating wealth, would be nearly impossible without the availability of a worker/slave group to help with the labor. They are close to putting the finishing touches on their creation. So here we are thousands of years later living in a society where the labor of the masses is still generating wealth and luxury for the elite few at the top." --Glenn, 09/11/10
